"What currency do you use?"
All prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars. Currently US$1.00 equals around AU$0.93. If you're ordering from overseas you can convert our prices into your currency by using an online currency converter such as the one at xe.com.
"What credit cards do you accept?"
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards.
"How secure is it to use my credit card to pay for my order?"
At Cuddles and Curves we understand that privacy and security are major concerns when purchasing on the internet. All credit card information you enter while shopping on our website is encrypted via an industry-standard SSL secure server (Secure Sockets Layer Server) and not though email which isn't secure. When ordering you will know that you have entered the secure server when you see a small lock symbol at the bottom of the shopping cart screen where you type in your credit card details. Your credit card number and other details are kept totally confidential, safe and secure.Please note that we reserve the right to refuse payments, or orders, under certain circumstances, and may at times request an alternative payment method to a credit card payment. If there is any problem with your credit card we will contact you.
"I don't want to pay with a credit card on the Internet. What other payment methods do you have?"
If you would prefer to call us with your credit card details please phone us on (02) 4472 3375 on weekdays during business hours. Other payment methods include direct bank deposit to our bank account (we'll email you the details), cheque or money order. If you place your order through our website our shopping cart will offer you alternative payment methods.If you would like to pay by cheque or money order make these out to Cuddles and Curves and post to us along with your order form. Please note that there is a slightly longer delivery time for cheque orders as cheques have to be cleared before we can post your order.
"How long will it be before I receive my order?"
While we make every effort to have goods delivered within three to five days there can be unforeseen circumstances which prevent this, such as delays with the manufacturer or postal service etc., therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery time, only do our very best to estimate it. If there are any delays we will notify you as soon as possible. Please let us know if you need your order quickly and we'll do our best to organise this for you.We accept no responsibility for any loss, financial or otherwise which may arise from goods being delivered later than our estimated delivery time or through the cancellation of orders for discontinued or unavailable items. We will notify you in this event and, obviously, there will be no charges processed for unavailable items.
"Why aren't all the sizes and colours of items shown?"
We have upgraded our website so that it will only display items that we have currently in stock, or that are available for delivery within 10 to 14 days. This means that delivery times have been reduced - the usual delivery time for all orders is now three to five working days for in-stock items, or 10 to 14 days for backordered items. Check our website regularly though as our stock is contstantly changing!
"Can I request plain packaging for my order?"
All our orders are delivered in standard Australia Post Post-Pak's or Express Post satchels with only our address and not our business name as the sender. You can always be assured of discreet packaging when shopping at Cuddles and Curves Lingerie.
"How will my order be delivered?"
Most orders are posted via Express Post but under some circumstances orders will be sent via Registered Post. Both methods have tracking numbers which we can use in the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing in transit. Our standard postage charge is AUD$8.95.
"Do you deliver to countries outside Australia?"
Currently we deliver to New Zealand, the USA, Canada and the UK, and deliveries to these countries take one to three weeks for in-stock items. We are happy to consider deliveries to other countries on a case-by-case basis. Our postage charge for all deliveries to overseas addresses is AUD$39.95.
"How do I work out what size I should get?"
We have a size chart conveniently placed at the top of each product page where you can work out your size, or if you prefer, you can click here to view our size chart. You'll need your measurements to work out your size. If you have any problems working out your size please don't hesitate to contact us.
"If something doesn't fit, can I return it for a different size?"
Under normal circumstances we have a 'no refunds' policy but we are happy to accept items for exchange or for a credit note for later use, providing the item(s) is returned within 14 days of receipt and returned to us in "as new" condition i.e. the item has only been tried on for sizing purposes, the sales tags are attached, there are no stains or marks on the item etc. Be sure to contact us prior to returning any item for exchange so that we can put aside a more suitable item for you and minimise any waiting time.It is very important to make sure that you're happy with the item(s) before removing any swing tags, labels or g-strings as we are unable to accept garments which have had the swing tags removed. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of goods which appear to have been worn or washed, so please try on lingerie over your own underwear to check for correct sizing.
"If I sign up for your newsletter, are my details private?"

"What is your privacy policy?"
Your credit card details are completely private. They are stored on our secure encrypted server when you place your order and deleted as soon as we receive them (usually within hours of you placing your order with us). Your name, address and phone number (if supplied) are given to our courier company strictly for delivery purposes. You will not receive any unsolicited promotional material, emails or letters from us, or from other businesses as a result of ordering with us. We will only email you as a response to an email you have sent us, or in regard to a specific order that you have made. If we need to telephone you regarding your order (and if you have supplied your contact number with your order) we are always discreet. "Do you have a printed mail order catalogue?"
No, we don't currently have a mail order catalogue available, but most items that are in the catalogue are currently available for sale through our website.
"Do you sell to businesses at wholesale prices?"
No, unfortunately we don't currently sell at wholesale prices to other retaillers.
"Where is Denhams Beach? Where are you based?"
Denhams Beach is in Australia on the south coast of NSW, just near Batemans Bay and about four hours drive south of Sydney, or two hours drive east of Canberra. We are an internet-based mail order business so we don't have a store that you can come to visit, but we do have a comprehensive range of lingerie available through our website. We are a registered business in Australia and have been retailling lingerie online and via mail order since 1999.
